Showpad is seeking an Associate Professional Services Consultant to support implementation projects for enterprise customers. In this role, you will help deliver software implementations, facilitate customer training and workshops, and optimize the Showpad platform based on customer business goals.
You will develop expertise across three key areas: consultancy (running discovery meetings and advising on best practices), technical expertise (mastering Showpad's eOS and integrations with CRM, SSO, CMS systems), and training/change management (ensuring successful customer rollouts).
Key responsibilities include delivering on a portfolio of implementation projects, facilitating sessions with customers, managing project communications, resolving product-related issues in collaboration with Support and the PS team, documenting best practices and lessons learned, and achieving billable utilization targets.
You should have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, a passion for customer success, strong technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with ambition to build a career in Professional Services within the SaaS space, comfortable working in a team environment, and proactive in problem-solving.
Nice-to-have qualifications include 1-2 years of customer project experience, knowledge of sales and marketing technology stacks (CRM, marketing automation, DAM systems), and proficiency in additional languages such as Spanish, French, or German.
