The Associate Client Solutions Consultant role is a client-facing position within the Client Solutions team, which bridges sales and product delivery. You will work alongside Global Sales Teams, regulatory specialists, professional services, and technical teams to guide prospects through the sales cycle and early implementation phases.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering compelling product demonstrations that showcase how Fenergo solves client challenges
- Conducting onsite engagements to understand customer processes, requirements, and architecture needs
- Scoping functional and technical requirements, assessing client needs, and recommending optimized solutions
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with client stakeholders, internal teams, and product management
- Completing RFx (Request for Proposal/Information) documents and competitive analysis
- Maintaining deep product knowledge and providing feedback to the Product organization
- Ensuring alignment between sales, professional services, and client objectives
- Staying current on product, regulatory, and industry developments
You will own client relationships, guide multi-faceted change processes, and demonstrate how Fenergo delivers early and continuous value. The role requires absolute professionalism, strong communication, and the ability to translate complex compliance challenges into clear solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or Master's in Business, Management Consulting, Business Information Systems, or related field (Business Analytics or Quantitative Studies is a plus)
- Excellent client-facing skills with strong communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities
- Ability to lead discussions and own outcomes
- Understanding of business goals and market dynamics
- Strong attention to detail and knowledge of software/technology offerings
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, confident communicator (verbal and written)
- Experience in Financial Services or software companies is advantageous but not mandatory
- Mandarin, Cantonese, or Malay speakers preferred
