Artera is hiring an Associate AI Builder to design and deploy agentic systems that power healthcare provider workflows. You'll own end-to-end customer outcomes—from discovery through production—building AI-native solutions for scheduling, referral coordination, medication refills, billing, and payment estimation. Working within a customer-facing squad, you'll take initiative on a named subset of provider customers, bringing product thinking, project discipline, and engineering fluency to deliver world-class solutions.
You'll operate with independence and supervision, developing deep subject-matter expertise in healthcare operations while building long-term relationships with senior healthcare executives. Your responsibilities include onboarding new customers onto your systems, shipping enhancements that leverage emerging agentic techniques, and mentoring newer builders on the team. The role requires curiosity, accountability, and a drive to continuously improve how Artera's customers serve their patients.
