As an Associate Account Executive (AAE), you'll join an ambitious, fast-moving sales team and learn full-cycle selling in a rapidly scaling market. This is a structured training role designed to develop future Account Executives. You'll be paired with senior AEs, shadow live customer deals from discovery through close, and take ownership of qualified opportunities from the start.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and qualifying pipeline through targeted outbound and inbound prospecting strategies
- Partnering with senior Account Executives on live deals, from discovery to negotiation to close
- Participating in and delivering product demos to prospects and partners
- Collaborating across Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to refine go-to-market plays
- Mastering Coram's platform and learning how to articulate value to customers
- Earning progression to a full-cycle AE role by consistently meeting quota targets
