We are hiring an Assistant Controller to join our Finance team and oversee daily accounting operations. You will be responsible for financial transactions, reporting, and coordination with our internal bookkeeping team and external auditors. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach ensuring compliance with accounting principles, statutory requirements, and internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control financial transactions and financial reporting
- Execute monthly and quarterly closing processes
- Prepare quarterly and annual consolidated financial statements
- Liaise with external auditors during financial and operational audits and reviews
- Support taxation preparation and filing
Requirements:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Israel (required)
- Experience in one of the Big 4 accounting firms (required)
- Very strong Excel skills (required)
- Experience with NetSuite ERP (advantageous)
- Excellent verbal and written English skills (required)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, changing environment (required)
- Fast learner and independent (required)
