As Assistant Controller, you will be a hands-on member of the finance team with direct ownership of critical accounting functions. Your responsibilities include:
• Own and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes and reporting
• Play an active role in annual consolidated audits under both US GAAP and UK GAAP standards
• Prepare statutory financial statements for multiple jurisdictions
• Collaborate closely with Operations, IT, Purchasing, and Sales teams on financial matters
• Support the application of accounting standards and internal finance policies across the organization
• Manage monthly payment processing and ensure compliance with lease accounting and related policies
• Serve as the primary finance contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
This is a fast-paced role requiring someone who can balance multiple priorities, work independently, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Qualifications:
• Licensed CPA (full license) — required
• Big 4 audit experience — required
• Audit experience with high-tech companies — required
• Hands-on experience preparing US GAAP financial statements, including consolidated reports
• Sharp, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
• Independent, hands-on contributor with fast learning ability and high work ethic
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP and AI tools — advantageous
