Pencil is building an AI Operating System for marketing that aggregates leading AI models, enforces enterprise governance, and enables brands like Diageo, L'Oréal, and Unilever to move from creative brief to live, on-brand campaigns in minutes across every market, channel, and language.
In this role, you will bring advertising craft together with GenAI speed. You design and operate agentic and nodal creative workflows—connecting insight, concept, copy, imagery, and video into scalable systems. Your day-to-day work involves creating polished creative assets across advertising, digital, and print formats using GenAI tools; translating creative briefs into high-quality output aligned with visual identity and project objectives; and managing multiple creative requests simultaneously without sacrificing quality or consistency.
You will brief and review output from the wider creative team, providing hands-on guidance (not formal management). You own quality control on client decks and present AI creative workflows directly to clients. You work closely with Producers, the Creative Director, and Product teams to keep output strategically aligned and technically feasible, and you feed back to Product on tools, workflows, and user experience based on hands-on use.
You will also stay current with emerging GenAI and design technologies, identify new techniques and workflows that enhance speed or creative quality, improve creative systems and templates, and seek feedback proactively to grow your craft and creative judgment.
Reports to Juliette Suvitha, Head of AI Creative & Enablement.

You will thrive here if you are detail-oriented, a hands-on leader who briefs and reviews others' work while still making things yourself, calm under pressure, curious about new GenAI tools and techniques, and collaborative across cross-functional teams.
