Cognite is seeking an Enterprise Architect to join the Expert Services Offerings team within the Value Delivery organization. This is a customer-facing role where you will work directly with key industrial clients, field sales teams, delivery teams, and product development to help large international process and energy companies increase productivity and profitability while reducing environmental impact and costs.
As Enterprise Architect, you will define solutions and guide integrations to successful completion for clients facing challenges in asset performance, maintenance, production efficiency, and sustainability. You will leverage your seniority and technical expertise to deliver solutions based on Cognite Data Fusion, providing technical expertise, strategic advice, and practical support throughout development and deployment.
Key responsibilities include: leading end-to-end architecture and solution design; providing strategic and technical expertise to support clients and project teams; defining enterprise and solution architecture including integration models, data models, data ingestion pipelines, and user-oriented solutions; modeling complex technical solutions using architecture modeling tools; ensuring operational accountability and compliance with support agreements for delivered solutions; and building strong relationships with key stakeholders, C-level executives, and IT/business data leaders.
You will be operationally proficient in Python while maintaining solid practical expertise in software development best practices. This role is ideal for a senior technical leader who can bridge customer needs with technical implementation, mentor teams, and drive architectural excellence across complex industrial digitalization projects.
