Salary: USD 200,000 - 300,000 / annual
Icertis is the global leader in AI-powered contract intelligence, transforming how enterprises manage contracts through intelligent, actionable insights. Following the acquisition of Dioptra, the company is accelerating its vision by integrating advanced AI agents that fundamentally change how contracts are reviewed, analyzed, and understood. You will join a small, highly focused product and engineering group reporting directly to Dioptra's founders.
In this role, you will build and evolve front-end experiences that bring powerful AI capabilities to life for end users at global enterprises including Microsoft, Johnson & Johnson, and Mercedes-Benz. You'll design intuitive, high-quality interfaces for the enterprise legal technology market at a pivotal moment, with meaningful ownership and influence over user experience and product direction. This is an opportunity to shape how AI is applied at scale in contract management, with the ability to have large impact as an early member of the team.
You'll work on challenging problems in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments, leveraging AI coding tools daily and collaborating on both front-end and back-end technologies. REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in full-stack development covering both front-end and back-end technologies
- Professional experience with: client and server-side JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Python, SQL, databases, CI/CD, git, and Gen AI models from OpenAI/Anthropic (must-haves)
- Comfortable working on challenging problems in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments
- Daily use of AI coding tools (Cursor/Codex)
- Startup experience is a plus
