As an Application Security Engineer Team Leader, you will lead a team supporting Checkmarx Global Services and enterprise customers in securing their application development lifecycle. Your responsibilities include:
- Lead and mentor application security engineers, supporting their technical development and ramp-up in AppSec skills
- Conduct security-focused static code analysis and software composition analysis across a broad range of development languages and open-source libraries
- Support customer AppSec and development teams with mitigation strategies and remediation advice for identified vulnerabilities
- Research and create proofs-of-concept to demonstrate vulnerability exploitability and attack vectors
- Analyze application architecture when needed to identify security gaps
- Collaborate with customers' security and development teams to improve their security posture
