Wander is building WanderOS, an operating system powering thousands of vacation rentals. The company serves direct-booking sites, guest experience platforms, and back-office operations.
You will own the end-to-end onboarding pipeline for every new WanderOS account, from contract signature to first booking. You are the single source of truth for account stage, site stage, blockers, and go-live dates. Your core mission is to drive accounts from closed-won to live pre-booking in 14 days or less.
Key responsibilities include:
- Triaging blockers daily (PMS integration issues, missing assets, unresponsive stakeholders, product gaps) and routing them to the right owner for resolution
- Assigning builds to Site Builders based on capacity, skill, and customer context, ensuring each builder has complete information from Sales
- Running weekly cadences with Site Builders, CSMs, and Sales to publish status, flag risk, and hold the line on timelines
- Owning customer-facing communication during the build window: warm welcome, status updates, revision turnaround with a white-glove tone
- Identifying patterns across accounts and escalating systemic blockers to Engineering and Ops for process, automation, or product fixes
- Partnering with Engineering and Ops to automate the workflow and reduce manual coordination
You are a relentless operator who makes lists and works them without dropping balls. You stay calm managing 40+ concurrent accounts, obsess over details (dates, names, statuses, follow-ups), and are comfortable with tools like Airtable. You work shoulder-to-shoulder with Sales, Site Builders, CSMs, and Engineering in a hands-on, in-office environment in Austin.
