You will join the Sales team as a Growth Account Executive, responsible for driving customer growth and adoption of Revolut's API and Business products. You'll manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts ranging from SMB to enterprise across the UK and Europe, with a focus on the API and embedded finance space.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and nurturing assigned customer accounts across multiple segments and geographies
- Conducting analytical assessments and customer discovery to identify expansion opportunities and increase product adoption
- Understanding Revolut Business features and competitive positioning to communicate value propositions effectively
- Retaining and growing assigned accounts through relationship management
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and team KPIs
- Applying pricing strategy expertise and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders and close deals
This is a fast-paced role requiring someone who can thrive in a dynamic environment, spot opportunities others miss, and become a trusted resource for customers and internal teams alike.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of sales or commercial experience, ideally in B2B environments
- Fluency in English (required); fluency in another language is a plus
- Proven track record in account management with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication skills (phone, email, written)
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify hidden opportunities
- Adeptness at building and maintaining client relationships
- Deep understanding of Revolut Business products
- Experience with pricing strategies and negotiation beyond basic sales techniques
- Ability to influence stakeholders

- Experience with APIs, embedded finance, or card issuing
