You will join the Sales team as a Growth Account Executive, responsible for driving customer growth and adoption of Revolut's API and Business products. You'll manage a portfolio of assigned customer accounts ranging from SMB to enterprise across the UK and Europe.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture assigned customer accounts, identifying expansion and upsell opportunities
- Conduct analytical assessments and customer discovery to uncover adoption opportunities for existing products
- Understand Revolut Business features and competitive positioning to communicate value propositions effectively
- Retain and grow assigned accounts through relationship management
- Meet and exceed sales targets aligned with team KPIs
- Leverage pricing strategies and negotiation skills to influence stakeholders
You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you act with integrity, solve complex problems, and help customers discover Revolut's value through a solution-oriented approach.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales or commercial experience, ideally in B2B environments
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills (phone and email)
- Proven track record in account management with demonstrated success in achieving sales targets
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
- Analytical mindset to identify opportunities
- Strong client relationship building and maintenance abilities
- Deep understanding of Revolut Business products
- Experience with pricing strategies and negotiation beyond basic sales techniques
Nice to have:
- Fluency in additional languages
- Experience with APIs, embedded finance, or card issuing
