Aspire is a Series C fintech company building a financial operating system for global founders and mid-market businesses. The platform integrates banking, software, and automation to help companies manage finances across borders. You will lead strategic partnership development for Aspire's Mid-Market segment across APAC. This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, sales, marketing, and product, requiring a commercially driven professional to accelerate growth through ecosystem development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify, recruit, and manage strategic partners serving mid-market businesses (VCs, ERP platforms, accounting firms, systems integrators, technology consultants, business service providers)
- Negotiate partnership agreements and establish mutually beneficial commercial models
- Drive referrals, pipeline generation, and revenue growth from partner relationships
- Serve as primary point of contact for each partner
- Plan and execute partner-led events, webinars, roundtables, and industry workshops targeting finance leaders and CFOs
- Collaborate with partners on co-marketing campaigns and joint go-to-market initiatives
- Represent Aspire at industry conferences, trade shows, and partner events
- Measure and optimize ROI of events and demand generation initiatives
Required qualifications:
- 6–8 years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or ecosystem development
- Proven experience with ERP platforms, accounting software, fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology companies
- Track record managing external partners and driving measurable revenue outcomes
- Strong event management and demand generation experience
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation and business development capabilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Preferred: existing network within VC, accounting, ERP, or consulting communities; founder experience or channel/referral program building; knowledge of treasury, AP/AR, expenses, accounting workflows; familiarity with NetSuite, SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Xero, or QuickBooks.
