You will be Omnea's founding APAC General Manager, reporting directly to the CCO and CEO. This is a regional leadership role responsible for building and scaling Omnea's presence across the Asia-Pacific market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Set GTM strategy and direct deal execution: You'll be the first APAC GTM leader and most senior leader in the region. You'll run the revenue growth engine, personally drive and close the largest deals, and set commercial strategy by partnering with the CEO and CCO on GTM approach, ICP expansion, and APAC-specific nuances.
- Represent Omnea externally and be hands-on in the field: Serve as the regional executive sponsor for core deals, represent Omnea at industry events and analyst briefings, and work directly on high-stakes deals with CFOs, COOs, and Procurement leaders at enterprise customers.
- Drive operational excellence and GTM performance: Partner with Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to align the organization for growth. Architect the APAC outbound engine, embed rigor into forecasting and pipeline management, and create a culture of discipline and data-driven execution using frameworks like MEDDPIC.
- Influence product expansion with APAC customer insight: Understand APAC enterprise stacks and buying environments, translate field signals into product requirements, and champion APAC-specific security, compliance, and data-residency needs.
- Build and lead a world-class team: Recruit, coach, and inspire exceptional GTM leaders. Help your team navigate complex sales cycles and develop them into sales leaders. Build a high-performing culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
You'll work in a hybrid model with in-office expectations on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at the Melbourne office. The company emphasizes together-time at this stage of growth.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS leadership, with 3+ years leading regional GTM or P&L functions

- Proven track record building, scaling, and leading high-performing commercial teams across multiple markets from early stage to growth
- Strong ability to recruit, coach, and retain A+ sales talent; demonstrated success hiring and ramping salespeople into high performers
- Strong commercial intuition, ability to build rapport, influence people, and drive change at all levels
- Natural communicator with gravitas and executive presence to sell to senior leadership (ideally CFOs, Legal, or Procurement)
- Ambitious, commercial, collaborative mindset with obsessive sense of ownership and entrepreneurial energy
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and move fast
