OpenAI's Ads Solutions team is seeking an APAC Export Lead to drive growth in advertising business with export-focused advertisers across Greater China and APAC. This role combines strategic business development with deep advertising expertise to help advertisers reach international audiences through AI-powered solutions.
You will serve as the primary ads solutions expert for export advertisers, developing and executing regional export advertising strategy while identifying priority markets, customer segments, and growth opportunities. Core responsibilities include partnering with sales and customer success teams to acquire and retain strategic export advertisers, building relationships with advertisers and agencies, and advising on audience strategy, measurement, and campaign optimization.
Cross-functional collaboration is central to the role. You will work closely with Product, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams to influence product development, establish scalable processes, and accelerate advertiser adoption. You'll develop playbooks, analyze performance metrics, and represent advertiser needs across regional and global teams.
The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in digital advertising, media, e-commerce, or related commercial roles, with specific experience supporting export advertisers or cross-border businesses. Deep understanding of the Greater China advertising ecosystem and broader APAC market dynamics is essential. You should have strong expertise in advertising solutions, campaign performance, and client engagement, with ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, along with enthusiasm for AI's transformative potential in advertising.
The role is based in Singapore with a hybrid schedule of three office days per week. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
