You'll join the mobile team as an Android Engineer to build and evolve the Creative App, bringing ElevenLabs' audio AI capabilities to millions of users on Android. The Creative App is part of ElevenCreative, the company's platform empowering creators and marketers to generate and edit speech, music, image, and video across 70+ languages.
In this role, you'll ship features that integrate tightly with AI-driven audio models, working closely with design, product, and research teams. You'll help shape the app's architecture and technical direction, making data-driven decisions about where focused bets or incremental improvements will have the most impact. The company operates with high velocity, minimal bureaucracy, and an "impact not job titles" philosophy—no task is above or beneath you.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong native Android development with Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with a proven track record of shipping features that improved user engagement
- Experience designing and running A/B tests, using data to inform product decisions
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities; ability to add structure where needed
- Experience owning performance, quality, and responsiveness in production apps
BONUS:
- Experience with audio playback or streaming on Android
- Experience building mobile infrastructure for build, test, and release pipelines
TIMEZONE: Remote-first role with preference for GMT to GMT+4 timezone coverage. Optional access to offices in London, Warsaw, Dublin, Amsterdam, and Paris.
