Enpal is Germany's first green unicorn, building an integrated platform for decentralized energy solutions. The company combines solar installations, battery storage, EV charging, smart meters, and heat pumps, powered by an AI-driven platform (Enpal.One) that intelligently networks thousands of systems and optimizes energy trading and grid feed-in.
As a Strategy & Operations Analyst, you will drive process optimization and growth across the customer funnel. Your responsibilities include:
• Analyze and optimize lower-funnel processes, identifying cross-selling opportunities (particularly for heat pumps)
• Create, track, and interpret funnel, performance, and growth KPIs
• Identify process inefficiencies using AI tools and support the derivation and implementation of improvement measures
• Develop, execute, and evaluate lead reactivation campaigns
• Provide close operational support and enablement to the sales team
• Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to drive data-driven optimizations
You will work in a fast-paced, scaling environment with high autonomy to drive initiatives from conception through execution. The role offers exposure to a high-growth company navigating the energy transition, with opportunities to influence product, go-to-market, and operational strategy.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, venture building, startup environments, or other scaling-focused, fast-paced settings (Growth Operations or Business Development roles)
• High initiative, strong hands-on mentality, and motivation to independently drive new topics from idea to implementation
• Structured, data-oriented working style with ability to quickly grasp complex relationships and derive pragmatic recommendations
• Experience with AI tools, digital products, or AI-driven business models is a plus but not required
• Fluent German (written and spoken)
