The Directed Content team is part of the Expert Insights group, responsible for generating thousands of high-value expert interview calls each quarter. This team identifies, recruits, and onboards top-tier experts from around the world to ensure comprehensive coverage in AlphaSense's Expert Transcript Library, which contains over 140,000 transcripts across all economic sectors.
As an Analyst I in Directed Content, you will report to the Operations Manager and be responsible for sourcing the highest-quality and most-relevant experts based on research project scope defined by Project Managers. You will develop deep industry knowledge within assigned territories and use research skills combined with an inquisitive mindset to identify individuals matching specific expert profiles.
Key responsibilities include conducting research to identify prospective experts, evaluating their suitability for assigned projects through direct communication, and onboarding qualified candidates to the expert network. You will be an energetic and charismatic communicator, meeting directly with prospects to assess fit and build relationships.
This role requires proficient German language skills at C1/C2 level, reflecting the focus on German-speaking markets and expert recruitment. You will work in a fast-paced environment supporting thousands of calls quarterly across diverse industries and geographies.
