Strive Health is a healthcare technology company on a mission to transform chronic conditions by identifying risk earlier, coordinating thoughtful care, and supporting patients through every stage of their health journey. The company reduces emergency visits, improves outcomes, and helps patients live fuller lives. You will join as a Business Operations Analyst, a high-visibility generalist role reporting directly to the CFO. This position combines strategic analysis, financial operations, market intelligence, and executive decision support. You will work on strategic priorities and special projects that require analytical rigor, sound judgment, and strong follow-through. Key responsibilities include: - Support high-priority strategic and operational projects from initial question through recommendation and execution - Conduct macroeconomic, healthcare, policy, and industry research; synthesize findings into concise executive-ready summaries - Create and maintain market maps or competitive intelligence trackers to monitor competitors, public-company disclosures, market developments, business models, and industry trends - Listen to and summarize investor conference calls, earnings presentations, investor days, and other public-company materials to produce concise readouts of themes and insights - Build financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support strategic decision-making - Develop a broad understanding of healthcare, strategy, finance, and company operations while working closely with senior leaders You are analytical, curious, and adaptable. You enjoy learning quickly, solving ambiguous problems, and turning data and research into clear recommendations. You communicate early, make progress visible, and raise issues with proposed solutions. You are comfortable being a generalist and energized by work that spans multiple functions. You balance speed with rigor, knowing when analysis is "good enough" for a decision versus when deeper investigation is needed. You take ownership of outcomes, not just assigned tasks. The role offers hybrid flexibility—work from home while fulfilling in-person needs at the office, clinic, or patient home visits. Requirements: The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, education level, or specific technical certifications required. However, the role emphasizes the need for strong analytical skills, research capability, financial modeling experience, executive communication ability, and comfort with ambiguous, cross-functional work.
