You will drive partner engagement, enablement, and joint go-to-market initiatives to convert connections into pipeline and revenue.
Key responsibilities include managing daily partner relationships and serving as the primary operational and commercial contact; building strong working relationships with partner sales, marketing, and technical teams; conducting regular onsite account reviews and enablement sessions; leading sales and technical enablement activities to ensure partners can effectively position and deliver Natterbox solutions; coordinating partner training sessions, workshops, and product updates; planning and executing joint go-to-market campaigns and customer events to drive lead generation; preparing and leading quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with partners; maintaining accurate tracking of partner KPIs, pipeline, and revenue contribution; and collaborating cross-functionally with EMEA Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to align partner activities with regional business goals.
The role includes significant travel and face-to-face relationship building. You will represent Natterbox at events throughout the year (Ascot, Henley Royal Regatta, Cricket, Rugby, and others), working 3 days per week onsite in the London office or at partner locations, with onsite partner visits at least 2+ times per week.
