Salary: CAD 160,000 - 240,000 / annual

Kaseya is hiring AI/ML Engineers to build the intelligence layer of the Kaseya Intelligence Platform, an agentic AI runtime designed to automate IT operations for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This is a hands-on engineering role combining applied machine learning, agent orchestration, behavioral anomaly detection, and production software engineering. Key responsibilities include: • Build agentic AI workflows that interpret PSA and RMM signals, coordinate vendor API calls, and support automated decision-making across customer environments • Develop behavioral anomaly detection models using workflow activity, credential usage, tool-call sequences, and cross-platform interaction patterns • Implement detection signals for scope escalation, abnormal decision paths, unexpected tool usage, and output-volume anomalies • Build evaluation harnesses and benchmark pipelines to measure model and agent quality, latency, reliability, and safety • Translate machine learning and systems research into tested production implementations • Contribute to OpenAPI-based connector generation and integration workflows across MSP, security, and IT management platforms • Integrate AI workloads with durable execution platforms to support retries, partial failures, recovery, and long-running workflows • Partner with Platform, Security, and Product teams to implement monitoring, fallbacks, permissions, guardrails, and auditability for AI-powered features Required qualifications: • Production experience developing and operating AI or machine learning systems using Python or comparable language • Experience building LLM or agent workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks • Experience integrating Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or another model provider into production applications • Experience building evaluation harnesses, benchmark pipelines, or automated tests for model or agent behavior • Experience implementing techniques from machine learning or systems research in production software Preferred qualifications include behavioral anomaly detection, time-series analysis, event-driven systems (Kafka), durable workflow orchestration (Temporal), columnar data stores (ClickHouse), API integrations, and familiarity with workflow automation or IT operations platforms.
