As an AI Transformation Analyst (P3), you will design, build, and own AI-powered products that improve how Dialpad's internal teams operate. You'll work across the entire product lifecycle—from identifying opportunities with stakeholders, architecting scalable AI systems, deploying production-ready solutions, to monitoring and continuously improving performance.
Key responsibilities include designing and maintaining production-grade AI systems (multi-agent workflows, RAG applications, workflow automation, LLM-powered services); leading technical implementation of complex AI initiatives from discovery through deployment; architecting scalable backend services, APIs, evaluation pipelines, and retrieval systems; improving reliability, observability, and performance of production AI applications; defining engineering standards and best practices for AI development; collaborating with business stakeholders to translate problems into scalable solutions; evaluating new foundation models and frameworks; building evaluation frameworks and automated testing for LLM systems; mentoring junior engineers; and driving continuous improvements in engineering processes.
You'll be expected to independently lead complex engineering initiatives, influence technical direction, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating closely with product, analytics, and business teams. The role is based in Argentina and reports to the Senior Manager, AI Transformation. You should maintain overlap with North American and global engineering teams to support technical collaboration, architecture discussions, and project delivery.
