UFORCE is a defence-technology company founded in Ukraine and headquartered in London, building uncrewed vessels, ground robotics, aircraft, autonomy software, and command-and-control systems. The company operates across Europe, the United States, and Asia.
You will serve as an AI Specialist focused on go-to-market operations, helping Marketing, Military Exercises, Sales, and Revenue Operations teams leverage AI to work more effectively. This is a hands-on role combining business judgment, rapid learning, and practical AI building.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build an AI-first Marketing operating model by redesigning content and campaign workflows to enable high-quality asset production through reusable templates and systems, with approved messaging, quality controls, and human approvals embedded in the workflow.
- Improve Military Exercises operations by learning the team's workflows, identifying high-friction recurring work, and building AI-enabled solutions for planning, coordination, participant capture, preparation, follow-up, and after-action insights.
- Make GTM intelligence useful in everyday work by partnering with the AI team on UFORCE's GTM intelligence and People Graph, building components such as activity capture, account and contact context, engagement signals, CRM enrichment, and adoption tools.
- Add execution capacity for Sales and RevOps by independently delivering improvements in reporting, closed-lost analysis, engagement scoring, CRM and data quality, workflow automation, and enablement.
- Turn solutions into normal ways of working by owning testing, rollout, training, and adoption reinforcement, measuring impact, and avoiding tool sprawl.
You will own small-to-medium solutions independently and partner with the AI team on larger, more complex systems. Success is measured by adoption and tangible improvements in capacity, quality, speed, or information access—not simply more tools or prototypes.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Hands-on AI building: You have personally built useful tools, agents, automations, analyses, or workflows using AI. You can demonstrate what you built, how it reached users, what changed after real usage, and the measurable difference it made.
- Business judgment and rapid learning: You can quickly understand unfamiliar Marketing, Sales, RevOps, or exercise workflows by analyzing users, decisions, data, handoffs, and failure points. You build credibility with functional experts through insightful questions and useful delivery.
- Problem discovery and independent ownership: You identify underlying problems, challenge assumptions when needed, prioritize high-value opportunities, and redesign work rather than simply automating requests as given. You don't require a detailed task list to make progress.
- Technical and CRM/data fluency: You work directly with structured business data and AI-assisted technical tools. You understand CRM concepts (entities, IDs, relationships, APIs, integrations, permissions, data quality, source-of-truth boundaries). You can read and verify AI-generated code or workflows, catch bad assumptions, and recognize when engineering or security support is needed.
- Adoption, enablement, and cross-functional influence: You explain new tools clearly to non-technical users and help people who don't report to you change how they work. You have evidence of solutions becoming part of everyday operations and can describe how you addressed resistance or poor initial adoption.
- Practical prioritization and responsible AI judgment: You know when a lightweight solution is sufficient, what not to build, and when further iteration is not worth the effort. You handle customer, pipeline, contact, meeting, and company information carefully, recognize that AI output can be wrong, and apply appropriate human review and access controls.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Product Operations, Strategy & Operations, or another hands-on operating role with GTM exposure.
- Experience with AI tools, automation platforms, low-code workflows, and/or Notion.
- Experience with Salesforce or another CRM, including account, contact, opportunity, activity, and pipeline data.
- Familiarity with data analysis, dashboards, BI, SQL, APIs, or scripting.
- Experience with content and campaign operations, sales intelligence, activity capture, enablement, forecasting and reporting, or event and exercise workflows.
- Experience in a fast-growing company where GTM systems and processes were still being built.
