As an AI Solutions Engineer on the founding Solutions Engineering team, you will own the technical side of the post-sale customer journey. This is a hands-on, technically deep role perfect for builders who thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy making things work in real-world enterprise settings.
You will engage directly with customers post-close to understand their workflows and operational processes, translating findings into clear implementation plans. You'll partner with customers to assess data readiness and configure AI components into tailored workflows, collaborating with R&D to close gaps and extend capabilities. You own end-to-end solution deployment, defining success metrics and driving adoption post-launch.
You will lead integrations with enterprise systems (Finance, ERP, email platforms), guide customers through security and compliance processes, and plan rollouts to ensure smooth implementation. You'll work closely with founders, Product, and R&D to deploy and scale complex AI-driven enterprise solutions while helping define how the delivery function evolves as the company grows.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in Implementation Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Professional Services, or similar post-sale customer-facing roles
- Experience in the enterprise segment, specifically within the Israeli market, preferably in traditional industries such as financial services, insurance, and banking
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Strong understanding of AI concepts and their enterprise applications
- High adoption of modern AI tools and workflows
- Experience supporting deployments across cloud environments and enterprise system integrations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage solution delivery across the full post-sale customer lifecycle
- Excellent Hebrew proficiency (daily client communications are in Hebrew)
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience with process mining, workflow mapping, or operational analytics
- Familiarity with enterprise platforms
- Financial services industry experience
