We're seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to join the Transformation & Business Systems team. This role focuses on identifying and building AI-powered automation solutions across the organization. You'll work directly with stakeholders in Finance, HR, Sales, Support, and IT to map manual processes and transform them into automated, intelligent systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mapping manual, repetitive business processes across Finance, HR, Operations, Marketing, and revenue functions to identify high-impact automation opportunities
- Owning automation delivery end-to-end: translating non-technical requirements into working solutions
- Building automated workflows using platforms like n8n, Zapier, Make, Tray.io, or Workato
- Designing and deploying AI agents that integrate LLM APIs for use cases such as ticket classification, document data extraction, and automated summarization
- Implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and memory patterns for agents to reason over company knowledge
- Rapid prototyping and production deployment of internal tools using AI coding assistants
- Connecting internal systems (CRM, ERP, ticketing, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365) via APIs and webhooks
- Building AI-powered workflows for Marketing and Revenue teams including lead enrichment, campaign reporting automation, and pipeline data hygiene
- Monitoring, maintaining, and continuously improving existing automations
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on experience building automations or AI-powered workflows, solid working knowledge of LLMs, practical experience with at least one automation platform, comfort with 'vibe coding' using AI tools, understanding of AI agent workflows and RAG concepts, and experience with complex business systems stacks (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Gong). Strong communication skills and familiarity with revenue and marketing systems are valued. The role emphasizes automation-first thinking and data-driven systems design.
