The AI Solutions Delivery Specialist role sits at the intersection of customer delivery, consulting, technology, and AI transformation. You will work directly with customers to understand business processes and problems, translate those into structured AI opportunities, collaborate with technical teams on solutions, and drive implementation and customer value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with customers to understand their business processes and transformation needs
- Identifying and structuring AI use cases and opportunities
- Translating business problems into technical solutions
- Collaborating with engineering and product teams on implementation
- Managing executive and stakeholder relationships
- Driving customer value realization and project execution
- Supporting US customer accounts
You will need exceptional communication skills, consulting and structured problem-solving ability, customer-facing delivery experience, and demonstrated AI and transformation background. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen with technical curiosity and AI fluency, understands business processes deeply, thinks in solutions, and can manage complex stakeholder environments with ownership and execution focus.
