Fabletics is seeking an AI Project Manager to lead the company's AI transformation initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, technology, and change management, reporting to the AI Program Director.
You will partner with business teams across Fabletics to identify opportunities where AI can eliminate friction, improve productivity, and enable smarter ways of working. Your responsibilities include:
- Discovering and scoping AI opportunities by understanding current workflows and identifying high-impact use cases
- Leading AI initiatives from discovery through pilot, rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement
- Transforming ambiguous ideas into clear project plans with defined priorities, timelines, owners, and next steps
- Managing the AI program's priorities, tracking multiple initiatives, and ensuring momentum across projects
- Creating executive-ready updates, dashboards, presentations, and status reports that communicate impact and progress
- Tracking dependencies, risks, blockers, decisions, and key milestones across the AI roadmap
- Experimenting with AI tools, prompts, agents, automations, and emerging technologies to identify practical applications
- Designing and improving workflows that help teams work faster and more effectively
- Building playbooks, documentation, and operating processes to scale the AI function
- Facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and training to drive alignment and adoption
- Partnering with IT, Security, and L&D on responsible AI governance and enterprise adoption
- Sharing best practices and emerging opportunities across the organization
You bring 2+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, business transformation, product, or similar fast-paced environments. You excel at bringing structure to ambiguity, moving ideas from concept to execution, and balancing multiple initiatives simultaneously. You have strong communication skills, can simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences, and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority. You're curious, growth-oriented, and take a practical approach to AI—focused on solving real business problems and delivering measurable outcomes rather than chasing hype.
Ideal candidates have foundational AI literacy, experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies. Nice-to-have skills include experience with automation, workflow design, digital transformation, prompt engineering, AI agents, change management, or creating process documentation and executive presentations.
This is a hybrid role based at Fabletics' El Segundo headquarters. The company offers a flexible work culture, discretionary PTO, summer Fridays, healthcare, employee discounts, 401k, annual bonuses, and an equity program.
