Niural is a global Payroll, Employer of Record (EOR), Agent of Record (AOR), and Contractor Management platform. As an AI Product Operator, you will build internal tools and AI systems that eliminate manual work across the organization, working alongside the Product team to turn identified automation opportunities into working systems at speed.
You will own the full lifecycle of internal tool development—from building full-stack applications (web apps, dashboards, admin panels) using React, Next.js, Python/FastAPI, or similar frameworks, to deploying and maintaining them in production. Your work will serve Operations, Data Research, Accounting, Sales, and Marketing teams.
A core part of the role involves engineering complex AI workflows and agents. You will design and build multi-step AI systems using LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI), agent frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, n8n), and RAG pipelines for tasks like data extraction, document processing, classification, compliance research, payroll validation, and knowledge base Q&A. You'll implement robust prompt engineering, output validation, and error handling to ensure reliability at scale.
You will also integrate internal systems (HRIS, payroll engines, CRMs, databases, Slack, email, spreadsheets) to eliminate manual data transfer, create data pipelines for reporting and reconciliation, and automate contractor onboarding, invoice processing, payment workflows, and compliance data collection across multiple countries.
The role emphasizes shipping with AI-native development tools like Claude Code, moving fast, prototyping rapidly, and validating with real users. You should have 2+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, hands-on experience building and deploying web applications, deep experience with AI/LLM APIs, and comfort with databases, API integrations, and production deployment (Docker, AWS, GCP, Vercel). Familiarity with automation platforms, payroll/HR tech, or global compliance is a plus.
