Coins.ph is seeking an AI Product Manager to own the end-to-end product lifecycle for cross-border payment products. This role uniquely blends product management, technical depth, and AI expertise, requiring you to work across engineering, operations, risk, and business teams to identify real-world problems and translate AI capabilities into scalable, user-facing products.
You will own consumer-facing and app-based payment experiences, leveraging data and user insights to drive conversion, engagement, and operational efficiency. Operating with a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) mindset, you'll work closely with business and operational teams to prototype solutions and drive them into production. You'll partner with engineering on technical discussions spanning APIs, system architecture, data flows, and frontend/backend interactions.
A key focus is identifying and developing opportunities to apply AI and LLM capabilities to real business scenarios. You will design and launch AI-powered features including LLM applications, AI Agents, RAG systems, intelligent customer support, AI-assisted operations, and workflow automation. You own the full AI product lifecycle from problem identification and product definition through solution design, development, launch, and performance evaluation.
You'll use product data, user feedback, and market insights to continuously improve performance, collaborate cross-functionally to drive initiatives from concept to production, and support product localization and optimization across international markets.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Product Management experience with strong technical understanding or background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience building and operating consumer-facing or app-based products, with deep understanding of user growth, engagement, retention, conversion, and UX
- Hands-on experience with AI products or AI-powered projects; solid understanding of LLMs, AI Agents, RAG, and related AI technologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate AI capabilities into practical product and business applications (not just using AI tools)
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, databases, system architecture, data flows, and frontend/backend interactions
- Ability to work closely with engineers and participate meaningfully in technical solution design; coding experience is a strong plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to identify problems and measure product impact
- Experience in payments, fintech, cross-border payments, financial products, or transaction-based businesses (preferred)
- Strong business judgment and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
- Professional working proficiency in English; international or global product experience preferred
