As an AI Product Engineer (Backend/LLM), you will bridge machine learning capabilities and product delivery. Working closely with ML Engineers, you will own the systems, workflows, and infrastructure that transform AI capabilities into reliable, secure, and maintainable product features for end users.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and building backend systems that power AI-driven legal workflows
- Developing reliable, scalable infrastructure for LLM integration and inference
- Collaborating with ML Engineers to operationalize AI models into production features
- Ensuring AI-powered customer experiences are dependable, secure, and measurable
- Owning end-to-end systems from model deployment through monitoring and maintenance
- Working on advanced NLP challenges including summarization of medical records and legal depositions, and automation of legal workflows
The team combines cutting-edge AI models and approaches with human-in-the-loop processes and data annotation. You'll work on state-of-the-art problems in legal technology, with opportunities to push boundaries in automatic transcription, NLP, and legal workflow automation.
