As an AI Product Engineer (Backend/LLM), you will bridge machine learning capabilities and product delivery. You'll work closely with Machine Learning Engineers to transform AI capabilities into dependable, production-grade product features. Your core responsibilities include:
- Owning the backend systems and workflows that power AI-driven customer experiences
- Ensuring AI features are reliable, secure, measurable, and maintainable at scale
- Building infrastructure and APIs that integrate LLM and NLP models into the product
- Collaborating with ML engineers to move from research/prototypes to production systems
- Contributing to advanced NLP challenges including medical record summarization, legal deposition analysis, and workflow automation
The role sits at the intersection of machine learning and product engineering. You'll work on state-of-the-art problems in automatic transcription, NLP, and legal workflow automation.
