Lovable is building an AI-native platform that enables anyone to create software with any language. The company is scaling rapidly with millions of users and a growing enterprise footprint. You'll join as an AI Ops Engineer embedded with the People team, responsible for building AI-powered internal systems that transform how Lovable operates—and that may eventually become customer-facing products.
Your core mission is to partner with the People team to identify operational challenges and ship production-ready AI solutions. You'll own products end-to-end, from research and design through implementation and iteration. Key responsibilities include: building integrations with HR systems (HiBob, Ashby, Workday, Greenhouse); designing secure systems with role-based access control for sensitive employee data; developing predictive models for workforce trends, hiring capacity, and retention risks; creating canonical datasets and source-of-truth models for hiring, headcount, compensation, and organizational design; establishing data governance standards; and building AI agents, workflows, dashboards, and decision-support tools.
You should have strong experience shipping production software that handles sensitive data—ideally from HR tech, fintech, or identity management backgrounds. Deep familiarity with HR systems, ATS platforms, and enterprise data infrastructure (BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, SQL) is expected. You'll need excellent product instincts, strong stakeholder management skills, and the ability to translate operational challenges into elegant technical solutions. Experience with HRIS, compensation tools, workforce planning, or AI-powered products is a plus.
