Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating across 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. Secret Media Network, part of Fever, is a digital entertainment and media group with city-specific brands (Secret London, Secret NYC, Paris Secret, Madrid Secreto, etc.) focused on recommending events, discovering venues, and sharing entertainment content. You will join as AI & Operations Process Manager, responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving operational workflows across Secret Media Network's global operations spanning North America, Europe, APAC, and Latin America. This is a hands-on role bridging strategy and execution, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and performance. Key responsibilities include: **Process Design & Optimization:** Design and implement operational workflows; identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks; standardize ways of working across regions to ensure consistency and predictability. **AI Automation & Tooling:** Identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and internal systems; collaborate with Tech/Data teams to implement scalable solutions; leverage AI to improve productivity and execution speed. **Operational Excellence:** Partner with stakeholders to ensure process adoption and correct implementation; document and maintain clear operational playbooks. **Strategic Collaboration:** Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business needs; act as a bridge between strategy and execution; manage critical tools and procedures to align business needs with technological and operational solutions. **Performance & Metrics:** Define and track KPIs related to operational efficiency (e.g., post-production time, output, quality); use data to identify improvement opportunities and drive decision-making. The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid work setup and a central office location. You'll work with a dynamic, international team in a fast-paced, digital-first organization. **Requirements:** - Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM degree) - 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing operations, or production management—ideally in large-scale, fast-paced, digital-first organizations - Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation - Comfortable working with data and defining KPIs to measure performance - Hands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly - Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.) is a strong plus - Familiarity with AI tools and interest in leveraging them for operational efficiency - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills - Proficiency in both written and spoken English (required)
