You will design the next generation of AI-powered learning experiences and enablement programs. In this role, you'll create AI-enabled learning journeys, performance support tools, and dynamic knowledge experiences that help employees find information, build skills, and apply knowledge in their daily work. You'll partner with enablement leaders, product marketing, subject matter experts, and AI platform teams to transform complex information into personalized, scalable learning experiences.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design AI-powered learning experiences that improve knowledge retention, accelerate skill development, and drive employee performance
- Design and develop personalized learning journeys that adapt to learner needs and support employees throughout onboarding and career development
- Build dynamic knowledge experiences by transforming static content into searchable, AI-enabled knowledge assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define learning strategies and measure impact
- Optimize learning programs using data-driven insights and user feedback
- Develop instructional design frameworks that leverage AI capabilities
