Kraken, one of the world's longest-standing crypto platforms (founded 2011, trusted by over 10 million users), is rebuilding growth around an AI-native platform. Instead of manual audience building, copywriting, and budget management, AI agents find opportunities, make decisions, and execute across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels. Operators use a central hub to set rules, review and approve outputs, and handle exceptions. The platform operates across multiple markets and languages within a regulated industry, requiring built-in compliance checks.
You will own day-to-day operations and QA for this internal growth platform. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role where you will spend your days in the product, testing new releases, checking existing functionality, and documenting findings for fixes.
Key responsibilities:
- Test the platform regularly, covering new releases, rule changes, edge cases, and run regression checks on existing features
- Find bugs and document them clearly with steps to reproduce, severity, and impact; follow them through until engineering fixes and verifies
- Monitor platform performance and agent activity; flag anomalies and escalate to appropriate teams
- Work approval queues daily to keep items moving and ensure nothing is left unreviewed
- Check agent output against defined checklists and standards; escalate unclear or risky items
- Identify confusing or inconsistent flows and flag to the team
- Write and maintain documentation including test plans, QA checklists, runbooks, and release notes
You will work most closely with engineers building the platform, the product team defining operator workflows, and the operators who rely on it daily. The team ships often, learns fast, and raises quality standards with every release.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in QA, testing, operations, support, or analytics, ideally on a software product or complex system
- Exceptional attention to detail; you notice what others miss and double-check your work
- Structured approach to testing; ability to create and follow test plans and think about failure modes
- Clear written communication; bug reports and documentation should be easy for anyone to follow
- Comfort with data; ability to read dashboards and identify when numbers look off
- Fast learner who picks up new tools and systems quickly and asks thoughtful questions
- AI-native habits; you use AI tools in your own work daily and are curious about their limitations
- Prompt engineering curiosity; not required to be an engineer, but willing to learn how to communicate with AI systems precisely and improve outputs
- Reliability; you keep to a routine, maintain clear queues, and communicate early when something is stuck
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience testing software products or AI/LLM-based tools
- Familiarity with Jira, Mixpanel, or similar tools
- Exposure to marketing, CRM, or lifecycle messaging workflows
- Interest in fintech or crypto
