Unframe is an AI-first startup enabling Fortune 500 enterprises to deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months. As an AI-First QA Automation Engineer, you will build and scale Playwright-based end-to-end automation frameworks while leveraging AI to transform how testing is developed and executed. Your core responsibilities include: • Design, build, and maintain reliable Playwright automation frameworks with a focus on stability and low-flakiness • Develop agentic workflows and LLM-driven pipelines for automated test generation, execution, self-healing, failure analysis, and bug creation • Lead adoption of AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) across QA and engineering workflows • Integrate Playwright automation and AI-driven analysis into GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines with automated test reporting and root cause analysis • Develop strategies to validate AI/LLM-powered product features, including prompt behavior, output quality, and agent state management You will work closely with the Engineering team to embed AI-driven automation across the entire R&D lifecycle in a fast-paced, product-driven environment. Required qualifications: 4+ years hands-on automation engineering experience, 2+ years building and maintaining Playwright test suites, strong programming skills in TypeScript or Python, daily hands-on experience with AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar), experience building AI-powered workflows using LLMs and prompt engineering, strong understanding of different LLMs and model selection, CI/CD pipeline integration experience (GitHub Actions preferred), and startup or fast-paced product environment experience.
