Unlearn.AI is transforming clinical development by using AI, data, and digital twins to accelerate biopharmaceutical trials and bring life-saving treatments to patients faster. The company partners with major pharma companies to redesign how clinical trials are planned, executed, and analyzed.
This is a first-of-its-kind AI Engineer role within Unlearn's Science organization, which leads efforts to build new machine learning, statistics, and AI capabilities. You will be responsible for scaling the use of AI agents to solve core business problems, delivering measurable impact in efficiency and extensibility across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and build AI agents, skills, and tools that are central to workflows for creating and delivering digital twin solutions to customers
- Develop infrastructure, data harnessing, and governance systems to manage agentic workflows while meeting regulatory and compliance requirements
- Partner with scientists across research, development, and delivery teams to define and implement AI-centric solutions
- Gather user feedback across teams and drive adoption of new AI tools
- Communicate technical capabilities and use cases clearly to internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor emerging AI tooling and techniques to inform Unlearn's technical direction
You will take an entrepreneurial, end-to-end ownership approach, collaborating broadly to identify the right tools and techniques for success. The role sits at the intersection of AI infrastructure, agent development, and healthcare applications.
