In this AI Engineer role, you will design and develop AI workflows and models in Python with a focus on leveraging large language models (LLMs). You'll bridge the gap between AI/ML research and software engineering, building scalable, production-ready AI solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Designing and implementing AI workflows and machine learning models using Python
• Collaborating closely with data scientists, software developers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into practical AI/ML solutions
• Researching and integrating cutting-edge AI techniques and trends into projects
• Developing and deploying scalable AI solutions with attention to software engineering best practices
• Communicating technical results clearly to stakeholders and ensuring work is reproducible and well-documented
• Contributing to the full machine learning lifecycle from model development through deployment

**Requirements:**
- BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, software engineering, or related role
- Strong programming skills in Python
- Experience with machine learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or scikit-learn)
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, or AI agents
- Familiarity with vector databases and embedding technologies
- Understanding of machine learning algorithms, model development, and deployment
- Experience with APIs, software development practices, and version control
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
**Bonus qualifications:**
- Experience with HuggingFace, LangChain, and vector similarity search tools (FAISS, Pinecone)
- Experience with mainstream AI models from OpenAI, Google, or Anthropic
