Linx Security is seeking an AI Engineer to build the intelligence layer of their AI-native identity security platform. You will own AI features end-to-end, from problem definition and architecture through production and continuous improvement. Your responsibilities include developing production-grade LLM applications using retrieval, tool calling, orchestration, structured outputs, and evaluation frameworks. You'll build trustworthy AI systems with robust guardrails, validation, observability, and human-in-the-loop workflows to detect, investigate, and remediate identity risks for enterprise customers.
You will drive architectural decisions across data, models, scalability, latency, and cost optimization. The role involves close collaboration with backend engineers, product managers, security researchers, and data teams to solve complex identity security challenges. You'll continuously improve AI performance through experimentation, measurement, and iteration. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and turning cutting-edge AI ideas into production systems that are scalable, reliable, and trusted by some of the world's largest enterprises. You'll help shape the technical direction of the platform and the broader AI strategy.
