Golden Analytics is an AI-native business intelligence platform designed for data teams seeking modern analytics without traditional tradeoffs. The platform combines self-service depth with accessible design and AI that genuinely augments analyst workflows rather than replacing them.
As an AI Engineer, you'll own full-stack user experiences end-to-end, building AI-powered features customers interact with daily: data preparation, analysis, storytelling, sharing, and collaboration. You'll integrate Golden Analytics with customer systems including collaboration tools, notifications, and purchasing workflows. The role emphasizes rapid iteration—talking to customers in the morning, building in the afternoon, shipping by evening.
Key areas you'll develop include AI-native data analysis and visualization, smart data preparation and enrichment, natural language interfaces for analytics, real-time collaboration tools, and analytics-to-automation workflows.
You should be genuinely passionate about AI—not just using AI tools but deeply engaged with coding agents and modern development environments. You'll have shipped AI-enabled solutions and guided coding agents to accelerate your work. Strong product sense is essential; you think like a founder and move seamlessly between customer calls and building. You're velocity-driven, comfortable with ambiguity, iteration, and learning from failures.
Required: 5+ years professional software engineering experience, strong full-stack development (Vite, TypeScript, React, Postgres, Lovable, Supabase), hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies (LLMs, vector databases, coding agents), track record shipping customer-facing products at product-led companies (Canva, Figma-style), and product thinking with design sensibility.
This is an in-person role in Bellevue, WA. The company considers relocation for exceptional candidates and supports H-1B transfers (not sponsoring new visas). You'll work directly with founders and customers, shape product decisions, and join a well-funded startup backed by top-tier VCs.
