Apiiro is building an Agentic AppSec Platform that transforms how development teams design, develop, and deliver secure software. The AI team operates at the intersection of agentic AI and application security, owning the development of AI-powered capabilities within the ASPM platform.
In this role, you will build and ship end-to-end AI-driven features and agentic workflows from experimentation through validation to production deployment, working primarily in Python and C#. You'll design scalable backend services that support production-grade agentic AI capabilities and develop solutions powered by LLMs, AI agents, multi-agent systems, and generative AI frameworks.
Key responsibilities include evaluating agentic architectures and model performance, owning monitoring, reliability, and continuous improvement in production environments. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with software engineers, data scientists, and analysts to drive AI innovation across the platform.
You bring 5+ years of hands-on backend software engineering experience and a B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. You have proven experience building LLM-powered applications, AI agents, or generative AI systems using modern AI/ML frameworks. You're self-driven, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and thrive in diverse cross-functional teams with clear communication skills. Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with multi-agent architectures or agentic evaluation frameworks, and familiarity with C# or polyglot engineering environments.
