Collibra is seeking an AI Enablement Manager to lead organizational AI adoption and build employee confidence in working alongside AI. Reporting to the Director of Talent Management & Development, you will design and execute Collibra's AI enablement strategy, combining hands-on AI expertise with coaching, learning design, and organizational change management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead AI enablement initiatives and design programs to build AI maturity across the organization
- Partner with business leaders to assess workflows and identify high-value AI and automation opportunities
- Build and coach an AI Mentor network that drives adoption and surfaces learning needs across functions
- Coach leaders, teams, and employees to identify AI opportunities, build practical solutions, and integrate AI into daily work
- Develop and deliver engaging workshops, self-paced learning, and practical guidance tailored to different audiences
- Create scalable resources and tools for discovering and reusing AI use cases and best practices
- Measure AI maturity and adoption impact; continuously improve enablement approaches
- Own Product & Engineering onboarding and partner with technical leaders on learning priorities and AI adoption support
- Translate enterprise learning initiatives into relevant experiences for technical audiences
This is a hybrid role based in Brussels, requiring at least two days per week in the office.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience building practical AI solutions, including agents and automated workflows, to solve business problems
- Experience assessing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities through AI and automation
- Exceptional ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven experience coaching others to confidently adopt AI and new ways of working
- Experience facilitating engaging workshops and leading enablement sessions
- Strong project management, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
- Passion for AI and emerging technologies; naturally curious and eager to experiment
- Engaging facilitator, coach, and communicator
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating ideas into practical solutions
- Collaborative and skilled at building cross-functional partnerships
- Organized and able to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
