JustPark is a unified parking platform serving both B2B clients (venues, local government, private operators) and B2C drivers. The company recently merged ParkHub (US event parking) and JustPark (UK parking marketplace) to create a comprehensive, frictionless parking solution.
You'll be a forward-deployed AI enablement engineer working across internal teams to identify, build, and scale AI-powered solutions. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role focused on shipping working solutions yourself rather than writing requirements for others.
Key responsibilities include:
**Internal AI Enablement**: Partner with leaders across commercial, marketing, finance, operations, success, and support to understand their workflows. Build agents, tools, and automations using Claude Code to solve real business problems. Document processes, identify improvement opportunities, and measure impact through defined metrics. Upskill teams to independently build and deploy AI solutions.
**Product & Engineering Collaboration**: Work with product managers, engineers, data analysts, and DevOps to contribute to overall AI strategy. Surface opportunities to incorporate internal tools into customer-facing products. Provide requirements and feedback on APIs, MCPs, CLIs, and other AI interfaces.
**Systems & Tooling**: Partner with Asana, Jira, Salesforce, Slack, and Zendesk admins to design integrations and cross-department workflows. Create and maintain complex custom integrations.
Success in the first 90 days means mapping key processes and deploying working agents/tools delivering measurable business value across multiple departments.
Based in London (hybrid), you'll work closely with teams across the US and UK.
