Superside is seeking an AI Enablement and Learning Specialist to join the Learning Enablement and Transformation team. This is a non-traditional L&D role focused on building AI-powered learning solutions and automating knowledge management systems. You will research and prototype Claude-supported learning resources and automations, turning the best concepts into working solutions that employees actually use. You'll build and launch new learning initiatives from conception through implementation, including designing and running async onboarding experiences that minimize manual effort. Your responsibilities include organizing and maintaining the company's learning knowledge base to ensure discoverability and currency, automating enrollment, reminders, tracking, and reporting across learning systems, and managing learning platforms such as Sana LMS, Notion, and Claude. You'll work independently on open-ended problems rather than following detailed briefs, collaborating closely with the learning strategy lead and stakeholders across the company to understand needs and translate them into practical solutions. You'll also create learning content such as short modules, guides, and resources as needed, and maintain systems reliability and ease of use. Superside is a fully remote, AI-powered creative company with 700+ team members across 60+ countries. The company helps ambitious brands deliver creative work at scale and is committed to building a high-trust, high-performance culture where ideas matter and growth is constant. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong experience organizing and managing knowledge: structuring information, keeping it current, and making it easy to use - Hands-on experience building with AI and genuine curiosity about emerging possibilities - Experience with workflow automation tools and comfort with technical implementation - Systems mindset: ability to see how pieces connect and follow through until solutions work - Comfort solving problems from ambiguity, turning rough goals into clear plans - People-first approach: focus on learner experience, not just tooling - Ability to create clear, simple learning content and communications - Proactive and independent work style; no need for step-by-step instructions - Great written communication in English and comfort working async in a remote team - Plus: experience in learning and development, HR, enablement, or related fields - Plus: experience with learning platforms (LMS)
