You will own making Classiq AI-native by building agentic systems that automate real software development lifecycle work. Your mission is to identify bottlenecks in internal processes and build AI tooling to remove them—whether that's agentic pipelines, internal tools, or whatever the work demands. You'll have high ownership and direct input into what gets built next.
Key responsibilities include owning the SDLC pipeline from ticket sync through planning, implementation, and PR workflows. You'll design agentic systems with attention to prompts, tools, evaluations, guardrails, human-in-the-loop approvals, and cost/latency tradeoffs. You'll build integrations across Jira, GitHub, Figma, and LLM providers, and own the roadmap, rollout, and adoption of internal AI tooling across the organization.
You bring 5+ years of professional software development experience and a BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field. You have strong TypeScript/Node and/or Python skills, with production LLM and agent experience including tool calling, orchestration, context pipelines, and evaluations. You can own a workstream from requirements through iteration and drive adoption independently.
Bonus experience includes durable workflows (Restate/Temporal), React for internal tools, agent tooling (Claude Code, Cursor, MCP), Kubernetes/Datadog, and interest in quantum computing. The stack includes TypeScript/Python, Restate, PostgreSQL, Anthropic/Bedrock/LiteLLM, Jira & GitHub APIs, AWS, and Terraform.
