Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and deployment of its full-stack AI solutions within Singapore's defence sector. This role bridges business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment, working with defence customers from strategic vision through production implementation.
Key responsibilities include leading executive-level workshops with defence leaders to identify mission-critical challenges where Mistral's AI can deliver transformative improvements. You will co-create AI adoption roadmaps with government and institutional customers, articulating strategic possibilities while addressing regulatory, ethical, and operational constraints. You'll collaborate with Account Executives to develop compelling business cases, quantify ROI, and align solutions with defence objectives such as digital transformation and operational efficiency.
On the technical side, you will architect end-to-end AI solutions integrating Mistral's models and platform into defence workflows and infrastructure. You'll partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy solutions in production, ensuring scalability and compliance. You'll own pilot projects and proofs-of-value, demonstrating technology potential and paving the way for full-scale deployment.
You'll serve as a trusted advisor to defence customers, guiding their AI strategy and ensuring they maximize investment value. You'll monitor KPIs tied to business and societal outcomes, communicating progress to executive sponsors and political stakeholders. You'll proactively identify expansion opportunities within public sector accounts to drive long-term partnerships.
Cross-functionally, you'll act as the bridge between defence customers and Mistral's internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product and research roadmaps. You'll develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks to scale go-to-market efforts and ensure consistent delivery excellence.
