Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist focused on cybersecurity for the EMEA region. This role bridges business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment, working with enterprise customers to design and implement AI-powered cybersecurity solutions. Key responsibilities include leading executive-level workshops with CISOs and security teams to identify opportunities where Mistral's AI can improve threat intelligence, SOC automation, vulnerability management, and incident response. You will co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, architect end-to-end solutions tailored to cybersecurity use cases, and partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy solutions in production environments. You will own pilot projects and proofs-of-value, ensuring deployed solutions meet security, privacy, and regulatory standards (NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SecNumCloud). As a trusted advisor, you'll guide customers' AI strategies for security operations, monitor KPIs tied to security outcomes (mean time to detect, mean time to respond, false positive reduction), and identify expansion opportunities within accounts. Cross-functional collaboration is essential: you'll synthesize customer feedback to influence product roadmaps, develop reusable playbooks for cybersecurity deployments, stay current on threat landscapes and cyber regulations, and travel 30-60% primarily within France and Europe to foster client relationships and support on-site deployments. Required qualifications: 6+ years in client-facing strategic and technical roles within cybersecurity or defense (consulting, security engineering, SOC operations, or technical sales). Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Data Science, or Engineering. Strong domain expertise in SOC/SIEM/SOAR, threat intelligence, incident response, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks. Foundational AI/ML knowledge with credibility to advise security and non-technical audiences. Hands-on experience building and deploying AI or data-driven applications using Python. Familiarity with French and European cybersecurity regulations (ANSSI, NIS2, DORA, SecNumCloud, ISO 27001). Strong business acumen, executive presence, and communication skills to influence senior security stakeholders. Fluent in English. Sales qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC) and defense/sovereign cloud experience are pluses.
