Mistral is seeking an AI Deployment Strategist to drive adoption and deployment of its full-stack AI solutions across enterprise customers in high-stakes industries including finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector. This role bridges business strategy, AI innovation, and hands-on deployment, ensuring customers achieve transformative outcomes. You will lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges where Mistral's AI can drive significant improvements, co-creating AI adoption roadmaps that articulate the "art of the possible" and clear paths to value. Working closely with Account Executives, you'll develop business cases, quantify ROI, and align solutions with customer objectives. On the technical side, you will architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating Mistral's models and platform into customer workflows and infrastructure. You'll partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy solutions in production, owning pilot projects and proofs-of-value that demonstrate technology potential and pave the way for full-scale deployment. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding their AI strategy and ensuring they maximize investment value. You'll monitor KPIs tied to business outcomes, communicate progress to executive sponsors, and proactively identify expansion opportunities within accounts to drive long-term partnerships. Cross-functional collaboration is essential: you'll act as the bridge between customers and Mistral's internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product and research roadmaps. You'll develop reusable assets, best practices, and playbooks to scale go-to-market efforts. Travel of 30-60% is expected to foster deep client relationships and support on-site deployment. Required qualifications include 2+ years in client-facing strategic and technical roles (data science consulting, value engineering, or technical sales), a degree in a relevant scientific field (Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering), and foundational AI/ML/Data Science knowledge with credibility to advise both technical and non-technical audiences. You must have hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications using Python, JavaScript, or similar languages. Strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, executive presence, and communication abilities to influence senior stakeholders (VP, C-level) are essential. Experience with sales qualification frameworks (MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus.
