You will join the Solutions team as an AI Deployment Strategist, owning the technical execution and customer success of AI implementations across multiple accounts. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that bridges engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own technical workstreams and use case execution across multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Drive activation and prove value quickly at each customer site
- Lead user sessions and deliver client-facing technical presentations with confidence
- Build scalable solutions that can be handed off cleanly to teammates and other accounts
- Manage the customer journey from deployment through scale
You will work in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment where ownership is expected. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong communication across technical and business audiences, and the ability to move between strategy and hands-on execution.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technical consulting, or customer success
- Proven ability to own technical workstreams and manage client-facing projects independently
- Strong technical acumen — comfortable building solutions, leading demos, and running user sessions
- Experience working across multiple customer accounts simultaneously
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Organized and detail-oriented with a track record of producing scalable, hand-off-ready deliverables
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with high ownership expectations
